Vigía DPO (vigiadpo.com) is an independent project in a validation phase, run by a professional registered as autónomo (self-employed) in Spain. The site is in a reservation phase: nothing is being sold yet, no payment is taken and no payment data is collected.

Under Article 10 of the LSSI-CE, the owner's full identifying details (name, tax ID and address) will be published here before any sale begins. In the meantime, for any legal matter or to exercise your rights: hola@vigiadpo.com.

2. Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website vigiadpo.com, made available to users by the owner identified above. Accessing the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the website or the absence of errors in its content. The website is in a pre-sale phase and content, prices and features may change without prior notice.
